Privacy Policy

We collect the following information:

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile photo.
• Content you provide: selfies you upload, the text prompts describing your goal, and the voice/music selections you make.
• Generated content: the images, narration, and videos the Service creates for you.
• Payment information: name, email, billing address, and payment method details — collected and processed by Whop (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your full payment card details.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser, device, timestamps) used to operate and secure the Service.
• Analytics data: product usage events such as page visits, signup clicks, upload completion, checkout progress, payment completion, and downloads. These events may include your account ID and video job ID, but not your email, selfies, goal text, prompts, or generated video content.

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To generate your personalized video using AI services.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To provide support and respond to your inquiries.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• To understand product funnels and improve the user experience.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

To operate the Service, we share necessary data with the following processors and providers:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage (hosts your account, selfies, and generated videos).
• Whop — payment processing and Merchant of Record for all purchases.
• Google — Google OAuth sign-in (if you choose that option).
• Anthropic — generating creative prompts from your goal description.
• Google Gemini — generating images from your selfies and prompts.
• ElevenLabs — generating voiceover narration.
• Kling AI, Seedance, and fal.ai — generating animated video from images.
• Render — application hosting.
• PostHog — product analytics and funnel tracking.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to operate the Service.

• Selfies (source photos): automatically deleted 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos: retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Please download your videos to keep them permanently.
• Account data (email, account record): kept until you request account deletion.
• Payment and tax records: retained for at least 5 years to comply with applicable tax and financial regulations.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Selfies you upload may contain biometric information. We use these images solely to generate your personalized video. We do not use your selfies to train AI models, and we do not share them with any party other than the AI processors listed above for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted storage and secure transport (HTTPS) to protect your data. No system is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
