Refund Policy

All payments for VisionReel are non-refundable. This includes cases where you are unsatisfied with the creative outcome, the likeness, or the style of your generated video. AI-generated content is inherently variable, and we make no guarantees about specific artistic results.

If you experience a genuine technical problem — for example, a failed generation, a corrupted video file, or a video that cannot be downloaded — contact our support team. If we determine the issue is on our end, we will provide a replacement generation at no additional cost.

Replacement eligibility is at our sole discretion.

Email hi@visionreel.app within 14 days of your purchase with:

• The email address used for your purchase.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Any screenshots, error messages, or video links that help us diagnose the problem.

We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service.
