You must be at least 18 years old to use VisionReel. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

VisionReel generates personalized motivational videos using AI-generated imagery, narration, and music based on selfies and text prompts that you provide. Access to the Service requires a one-time payment.

You retain full ownership of the videos generated for you through the Service. You may use, share, and distribute your generated videos for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded selfies and prompts solely to operate and improve the Service and deliver your generated video.

You agree that you will not:

• Upload photos of any person other than yourself, or create content depicting anyone other than yourself (no deepfakes or unauthorized likenesses).
• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, including photos of minors, celebrities, or public figures.
• Attempt to generate content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited by our AI providers’ policies.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harm or mislead others, or in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its underlying systems.

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject generations, and terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

Payments are processed by Whop, Inc., which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Whop’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your generated video, please see our Refund Policy for replacement options.

VisionReel uses third-party AI models. AI outputs can be imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any specific result, likeness quality, or creative outcome will be achieved. You use and share your generated content at your own discretion.

The Service, including its branding, code, and design, is owned by Luminai Consulting FZE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminai Consulting FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Ajman Free Zone. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
